Feedback on Nostale support/GMs

    You think the staff did something really great, or you not satisfied with the support? Leave us your feedback!


    Please note the following rules:

    • Stick to the Forum Rules (inappropriate language!)
    • Leave constructive criticism and tell us, what exactly annoys you. We want to improve ourselves and a simple "I don't like you" doesn't help at all.
    • Punishment objections are not allowed in the forum! If you want to object a penalty, follow the normal procedure and write a ticket.
    • Same applies when having a complaint about certain members. Contact the responsible team members as explained here: Who to contact and when
    • Please don't come up with old things. If you're not happy with the staff from several years ago, criticizing it is now is too late.
    • Private messages are private, as well as ticket histories. If you want to public those, both parties must agree!
    • We of course are also happy about positive feedback! :)

    Asgobas is dead and 4 players rules the market,
    New players can't progress because everyone just leveling alts
    Raids in asgobas is dead and its only fam raids so no fam no progress
    You should make seasonal events and battle pass more often or last longer,this way you can lower the prices in bazar alittle bit and give players more options to progress instead of saving for weeks to get perfumes for example.
    The times you post events are unclear , it can be thursday and it can be friday.. just make a specific time for each week?
    Last thing is, so many games has the option to move server for money. Is there any way you can implant this in nostale ? players will have free will to move servers without quitting from their mains

    I think if the situation on any of the servers was to be solved here, the post would be called "feedback on the quality of the play style on the servers" or something like that.

    well then, why there is no thread about it if thats what really matters to the players?
    and for the topic
    the support is nice and friendly,respond time could be abit better because sometimes it takes few days to get an answer.
    would be nice to get a fixed time for event announcments..
