  • Who To Contact and When

    Some players are confused on who to contact for what, this is just a quick guide that will help you to identify who you should be contacting for your query/problem. If after reading this you are STILL unsure who to contact please use our support ticket system [ Open a Ticket ]


    Game Administrators

    Bittersweet and Lockheed are our in game Administrators, these are the situations in when you should contact them.

    • Your account security was compromised (stolen items/deleted accounts/characters). [ Account Security Help ]
    • Complaints against Super Game Masters / Game Masters.
    • General In Game Complaints/Requests.
      - example: "Requesting LOD times to be changed"
    • Bug reports
    • Game downtime (if server appears to be down)
      - Game downtime is usually when a mass of players are disconnected, not just one ;)
    • Urgent situations (only when a GM cannot be reached).
      - example: Spambot or Botter

    Board Administrator

    kitcalie is your Board (forum) Administrator, this is the situation in when to contact her.

    • Complaints against Super Moderators / Moderators.
    • You have been banned on the forum not in game


    Super Game Masters

    Super Game Masters can be found by viewing the Team Page, these are the situations in when to contact them.

    • You've been banned or muted by a Super GameMaster and want to object to the ban
    • Your account security was compromised (stolen items/deleted accounts/characters). [ Account Security Help ]
    • Complaints against (Trial) Game Masters.
    • Lost item(s). [ Account Hacking / Item Scamming ]
    • You can report offenses etc to them as well if there's no Game Master around.

    Game Masters

    Game Masters can be found by viewing the Team Page, these are the situations in when to contact them.
    • You've been muted by a GameMaster and want to object to it
    • Reporting Rule Breakers [ Game Rules ]
    • Complaints about players.
    • Quest bug / help (they can advise on what to do)

    Super Moderators and Moderators

    Super Moderators and Moderators can be found by viewing the Team Page, these are the situations in when to contact them.

    • Reporting Rule Breakers [ Forum Rules ] (please report them via the PM system or report feature).
    • Reason for forum warning (Please only contact the Super Moderator or Moderator that warned you)
