    Hello Nostale players,

    some of you already know there is not always a gamemaster in the chat available so you have to use the ticket system for your question or for issues regarding your account. But not everyone knows how the ticket system works.
    First of all the ticket system is used for account issues, questions about the game or if you want to report someone or something.
    It is absolutely necessary to add the email address of your game account in your ticket system account. You have the possibility to add several email addresses and to select one for a ticket.

    Why do you need to use the same email address?

    We have to make sure that the user who sent the ticket really is the owner of the game account. If the data does not match we can not process your request due to data protection restrictions.

  • How to register an account in the ticket system

    You can find the official support system of Nostale on support.en.nostale.gameforge.com/.

    If you already registered a ticket system account in another gameforge game you can use this account too. (Gameforge games)



    On the homepage you can log on to an account that already exists or register a new account.



    After you clicked "Register" you have again the option to log on to an existing account or to register a new account. Click on "Register" again.



    Now there are 5 fields where you have to enter your data. At first you choose a Nickname then you type in your Email address and repeat it. The same applies for the Password. After that just click "Register" and your ticket system account will be created.



    After clicking "Register" you will receive an email with a link which you have to click to confirm the registration. Once you did this you will be redirected to the homepage of the ticket system.
  • How to add an email address in your ticket system account

    You can find the official support system of Nostale on support.en.nostale.gameforge.com/.



    Now that you are logged on to your account you can see options to manage your account. There are 3 options:

    • Manage email addresses
    • Change password
    • Logout
    Click on Manage email addresses.



    On the left you can see all added and confirmed email addresses. You can also see the date and time you confirmed the email address.
    To add a new email address click on Add email address.



    Now you see a field where you have to enter the name of the email address you want to add. Type in the name and click on Submit.



    After that you will receive an email to confirm the new email address. You have to confirm it within 24 hours otherwise the new email address will be removed.



    As soon as you clicked on the link you will see the confirmation that the new email address has been activated successfully and that you can use it now.



    Now that you added and confirmed the new email address you can also see it in the list.
  • How to select an email address for a ticket

    You will find the official support system of Nostale on support.en.nostale.gameforge.com/.



    On the navigation bar you have the possibility to contact the support by writing a ticket. Afterwards you can also view the ticket history.



    After clicking Contact support you have to select the section which you have a request for.



    Enter your nickname and select an email address. Just click on the arrow and you will see all email addresses you registered. Now you can select the email address you also use for your game account.
