    The account is not banned they just blocked my payment method after charging me for the transaction. I'm not able to contact them cause they've been closing every ticket I send, if the billing/game support and the forum won't be able to help who am I supposed to contact?????????

    So I've had a problem with a purchase I made through NosMall which I got charged for and after that my payment gets blocked. I've tried contacting the billing support but they keep closing every ticket (3 tickets closed already) I send without giving me any answer or reply and when submitting a ticket through Game Support I get told that I need to talk to the Billing Support which they seem to be ignoring my tickets . So my question is there any other way to contact Gameforge to solve the issue?…
